Bike Seizure .

Good Evening to all residents,

Just to keep you updated , after several complaints/ Reports from Residents at Hanwood , Pontesbury and Minsterley of Anti Social behaviour due to off road bikes using the roads and causing a nuisance , reports have been over last couple of months from farmers saying their crops are being damaged , people and animals being affected by the noise, Drivers concerned that someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed and generally causing issues where ever they go . 

One bike though has been seized off one young man today , a dirt bike with no number plate, no insurance and found to be riding on the roads , Male warned and advised on his actions .

Anyone  using a vehicle in an Anti Social  Manner is at risk of a Section 59 warning notice or If we see this kind of behaviour and vehicle is not road worthy then we will seize it.
